POLICIES AT L.S.C. COOLING, INC

1. All Compressors may be returned WITHIN 45 DAYS of
purchase with prior written approval on an R.M.A. and returns are subject to a 15%
restocking charge unless accompanied by an offsetting order for an equal dollar
amount. No cash settlement will be made.


2. A copy of the approved R.M.A. must accompany the merchandise as a packing slip.


3. Do not return items which are not listed on the R.M.A., as credit will not be issued.


4. Get and retain a tracking number on all items returned to us. This is your only proof to the
carrier that item was sent back.


5. Merchandise must be in unopened, factory-fresh packages. When repackaging is required
(example: “Defective” written on new return) to restore the merchandise to marketable condition,
an additional 10% cost will be charged to the customer.


6. All merchandise returned for credit must be shipped freight prepaid.


7. Credit cannot be given on shipments returned to us without prior approval.


9. Credit for approved returns will be issued according to prices in effect at the time the
merchandise was purchased.
